I wonder who gave permission to the factory in the environmentally fragile Palani hills. Hindustan Photo Films was similarly setup in an even more fragile place like the Nilgiris. This is sheer madness.
If this had happened in the US, the top executives would be in jail and the company would have gone bankrupt paying compensation.
