The results of various survey conduted across the world show that more than 90% 
of women(90% is arrived based on a random sampling) preferred a clean-shaven 
man,
with most of them complaining that the facial stubble made a romantic kiss an 
unpleasant experience . I think it should be taken as a real encroachment 
against women’s rights by the feminists . And to answer your personal question, 
you can always have a beard if you deliberately want to be unattractive  .
