കര്ക്കരെയുടെ ജാക്കററ് ചവറ്റുകൊട്ടയിലിട്ടെന്ന് ആശുപത്രി തൂപ്പുകാരന് Wednesday, December 23, 2009 മുംബൈ : മുംബൈ ഭീകരാക്രമണത്തില് തീവ്രാദികളുടെ വെടിയേറ്റ് മരിച്ച ഹേമന്ദ് കര്ക്കരെയുടെ ബുള്ളറ്റ് പ്രൂഫ് ജാക്കററ് ചവറ്റുകൊട്ടയിലിട്ടെന്ന് ജെ.ജെ ആശുപത്രി തൂപ്പുകാരന് . ഇന്നലെ മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റ് മുമ്പാകെയാണ് ഇയാള് ജാക്കററ് ചവറ്റുകൊട്ടയിലിട്ട കാര്യം വെളിപ്പെടുത്തിയത്. കര്ക്കരെയുടെ കാണാതായ ജാക്കറ്റിനെക്കുറിച്ച് പൊലീസ് അന്വേഷണം നടത്തി വരികയായിരുന്നു. മുംബൈ ആക്രമണം നടന്ന നവംബര് 26 ന് രാത്രി അദ്ദേഹം ജാക്കറ്റ് ധരിച്ചിരുന്നു. എന്നാല് അതിന് ശേഷം അതെവിടെ പോയെന്ന് ആര്ക്കും അറിയില്ലായിരുന്നു. കര്ക്കരെ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടതിന് ശേഷമാണ് ജാക്കറ്റ് കാണാതായതെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ഭാര്യ കവിത വിവരാവകാശ നിയമ പ്രകാരം ഹരജി ഫയല് ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. ജാക്കറ്റ് നഷ്ടമായതായി അതിന് ശേഷം മുംബൈ പൊലീസും സമ്മതിച്ചിരുന്നു. *എന്നാല് തൂപ്പുകാരനെ രംഗത്തിറക്കിയത് കണ്ണില് പൊടിയിടല് തന്ത്രമാണെന്ന് വിവരാവകാശ നിയമ പ്രകാരം ഹരജി ഫയല് ചെയ്ത അഭിഭാഷകന് വൈ.പി.സിംഗ് പറഞ്ഞു.* *With Regards Abi* “At his best, man is the noblest of all animals; separated from law and justice he is the worst” *- Aristotle* -- You cannot build anything on the foundations of caste.
