This figure became possible as the Election Commission has indicated that 31 parties getting votes more than 18,600 in the Proportional Representation (PR) system will be considered eligible for a seat in the coveted Constituent Assembly. In the PR system vote count, which concluded on Thursday, it is expected that NC will get 91 seats followed by the UML's 84 seats. Similarly, UCPN (M) will get 54 seats, while RPP-N will receive 23 seats.
