[Given the persistent failure of the two constantly feuding nuclear
weaponised neighbouring countries, backed up with all the three delivery
platforms necessary for hitting back after taking the first hit, to sort

《UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres on Tuesday called on Pakistan and
India to exercise "maximum restraint" and offered to mediate in the face of
rising tensions following the Feb. 14 attack that killed 42 Indian
policemen in Kashmir.
Guterres, through a spokesman, said that the UN is deeply concerned about
the situation while offering to mediate if the two parties request it.》]
