That's the defining difference with the LF, over the period since the first gathering of dark clouds as indicated by the outcome of the Panchayat polls in 2008 followed by a loud warning bell in 2009 and then the eventual rout in 2011. Even in 2021, the LF virtually inaugurated its poll campaign with a notional ground breaking ceremony in Singur to symbolise initiation of some imaginary industrial project. In 2016, the candidate campaigned in a Nano car - already obsolete by then. Can one just believe that even after this complete washout, the cadres are ridiculing the free ration for the poor as "alms"!
