It's, as of now, fairly hazy. Still it looks like, it aspires to become a think tank +, on the national plane, for anti-BJP politics. That, by its very nature, poses some sort of challenge to the Congress - as the natural, and default, epicentre. As, as of now, the ideational alternatives/critiques keep coming from only the Congress and, to an extent, pretty enfeebled Left.
