Excellent talk by Dr. Zarir Udwadia. Extremely articulate, clear, thorough and elaborate. Of course, meant for the GPs. But, quite useful for even moderately informed lay public.
The Q&A - led by Dr. Tushar Shah, at the end, is, of course, more technical and, yet, quite interesting in patches. The anticipation, on the immediate term: the case load is going to shoot up further; the latest, which is the fifth variant, is much (five times?) more infectious than the preceding one but much less severe, but the two factors together may cause even greater damage, eventually. On the medium term, the Omicron is unlikely to be the beginning of the end, the current predicament is likely to continue for a while. Over time, it's expected to end up like common cold - at the more hopeful end of possibility, or flu - at the other. We're learning as we go along. So, keep using masks, wash hands periodically etc. Don't let the guard down. <https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=uo5cyo3yI4w&feature=share> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Green Youth Movement" group.
