This lack has been acknowledged, but not fixed yet... I won't have time 
soon to do it, so I fear you'll have to make a workaround...

I just corrected this bug yesterday, at least on my scores (this kind of 
bugs can have several origins), can you try with this 
gregotiotex-syllable.tex? To install it you can put it in your 
installation's tex/ directory and relaunch sudo fonts/install.py . 
Please tell us if it works, so that we can backport it in 0.9.2 version!
