In running the .gabc file below, an Undefined Control Sequence error occurs.

By typing "R" after the question mark, it is possible to continue, and a pdf
file is produced. However, it contains strange markings like "4=0" under the
barline between the two Christe eleisons. How can I fix this? Thanks for your
