Dear Gregorio-users, Is there any way to output pdfs where each page is an image rather than a page with the Gregorio output as a font? I am curious whether it would be possible to look at Gregorio produced pdfs on a Kindle, for instance, which does not display the Gregorio font properly, although the text shows up fine.
