I moved the project to github.com and you can find it there over dgj1983 and
notatio-antiqua. Also, you can download it from WWW.dgippner.de. as I am not
at home right now, I can not give you the exact link, but I believe it
should be on this mailing list also.

I've had another person interested in gregorio but requiring a GUI.
