You can use figures:

        \begin{figure}[h]
        \commentary{XIII. S.}
        \gresetfirstlineaboveinitial{\small{I}}{\small{I}}
        \includescore{Kyriale/Mass02/Gloria2.tex}
        \end{figure}

Unlike troff, my text processor of choice, this often changes the
position of what is in the figure, even if the figure does not have
to be moved to a new page; you may have to play with it.
