I fixed this on my mother's computer by running
updmap --enable Map greciliae.map
I hope that's right - I'm going from memory, but it is written down at
my mother's place. I tried a few things, using sudo, without sudo.
Explicitly specifying the path for greciliae.map didn't work.
Also repeat for the other gregorio map files : greextra.map, gresym.map,
gregorio.map, parmesan.map.
