Dear Emil, The error about greloadluamodule being undefined is a bug that came up when luatex went and changed some of its definitions. See below for the solution - you have to edit a file.
The error about greciliae not being found can be resolved bringing up a terminal and typing: updmap --enable Map greciliae.map also updmap --enable Map greextra.map updmap --enable Map gresym.map I think that's right - I'm going from memory. Hopefully soon someone will find a way to fix this more easily. Until then, hope this helps. Texlive2009 was working fine, but it was when I upgraded to Texlive2010 that I had the \greloadluamodule error.
