The odd thing is that I never had this issue after my Lion upgrade. I am using
the default gregoriotex.tex and beta-0.70.1-2011062107 (rev 4277). Not sure why
I am so lucky.
When did you last use texlive to update your tex distribution?
Did you use svn or the .dmg to install gregorio?
