That looks really nice. I was intrigued by the character ;'  . What is the
intended use of that?

It occurs to me that it would be useful in some circumstances to be able to
have an ictus sized character either at the top or bottom or a score. I
noticed that if you just put in (') nothing appears. Perhaps (') could be
assigned to put a vertical line at the top of the score that would be above
the actual line of the chant? The use I have in mind for this is for doing
scholarly transcriptions of Dominican scores which often have a plethora of
vertical bars in the early manuscripts, most of which are not generally
included in printed editions -- if we had the ability to put a vertical
line above the score itself, it could indicate the presence of a line in
the mss while not indicating that the barline is to observed in singing...
