Pierre,
I like www.gregorio.net/wiki - the url is intuitive and
memorable. I am eager to get started. I also don't mind
adding the security exception in my browsers and not having
someone to be made to pay Verisign...

Yes, it is my company, I am the manager and only employee

The server is very stable. Anyway, a security is needed
and wiki files can be publicly (or not) available for
save and duplication.
Currently https://www.tol.fr is not available.
We can too use a name like www.gregorio.net/wiki.

Mr. Couderc, you mention that the wiki you set up is on
your "company" server (is that your own company?). I see
that we don't have access to the root domain at
https://www.tol.fr - is this a good location? That is,
can we be sure that our access to the wiki, once we all
get used to using it, will be somehow removed? (Just
clarifying - it is kind of you to offer).

Hi, I'm new here- so forgive me if this is a useless
suggestion...
GitHub repos have a built-in wiki functionality. Taken
together with GitHub other features, and the fact that
this would save any individual the trouble, time, money,
etc required to keep a wiki on their own server, this
might be a worthwhile alternative to consider.

Exactly : this part of the site is not for public
use, it is for our intranet, and for some special
uses like gregorio...
A1nd we do not want to pay verisign ;)

This is normal : many enterprises have secured
access over https, but no signature from an
official CA, because it costs some money.

Mr. Couderc,
When I try to access that page, I get a
certificate warning.

In order to progress on the wiki, I have
opened a dokuwiki for gregorio on our company
wiki
https://www.tol.fr/tolwiki/doku.php?id=gregowiki:start
It is directly usable now, it is without
advertisement and it benefits of the security
precedures that we use in the company.
Maybe it is not the last version of dokuwiki,
but I think that we do not care.
If we decide to not use it, i shall close the
page.
