I've been pretty busy lately with different projets... among which becoming a father, which takes quite a lot of time ;-) I'm replying to all in case other people get into the same problems :* The reason why the page number doesn't work is I wanted the page numbers to match the original where in that source they all have an asterisk...* For the deletion, I indeed didn't expect that case to happen... but I think it won't happen a lot... I deleted 3319.* The gabc field is indeed meant to contain only the chant itself. The most important header fields should be covered by the other informations you can add.
