c:/texlive/2013/../texmf-local/tex/luatex/gregoriotex/gregoriotex.tex

Assuming a gabc file of the name "test.gabc,", I cd to the appropriate
directory and type the following:

gregoriotex test.gabc

I've taken the liberty of attaching the gabc and tex files in case they may
be of further assistance in troubleshooting (the gabc file was copied and
pasted from the gabc tutorial). However, gmail sometimes behaves a bit
strangely with attachments, so if they don't come through properly, I'll
re-send them inline.
