I will be upgrading to Mavericks in the next few days and will look at this 
when I do. In the meantime, you might want to make sure Latex is working under 
Mavericks. The MacTeX-2013 was compiled for ML and earlier, so there may be a 
general Latex issue. If Latex is working OK, then try re-installing gregorio. 
It seems it cannot find your fonts.

I'll reply after I upgrade myself.
