Thanks! What might also be interesting is a short word about the techniques used. For instance, Steven Van Roode (who has also typeset the Lumen Christi Missal and the Simple English Propers) uses Gregorio only for the notes, then tweaks the result with Illustrator and does the final typesetting with InDesign. I don't know if all the others do it all with TeX but it might be interesting to know which flavour they use and maybe some interesting tricks ;-) Does anybody actually use Scribus?
