In the gabc directions on
http://home.gna.org/gregorio/gabc/
there are some items that you can put in the .gabc header
that are supposed to be translated and outputted into the
pdf file, such as:
annotation: IN.;
annotation: 6;
initial-style: 1;
and some others. But they never seem to make it into my pdf
file. Is there something else I have to do? Is there are
certain tex addition I need to make?
