Salvete! If anybody is using Greg, I very much recommend my latest update to 2.1. It is only for Windows (sorry folks), but here are some of the features:

 * No need to touch the commandline.
 * Create pdf files from gabc files with one click.
 * Does all the heavy lifting between Gregorio and
   lualatex: you only need a gabc file.
 * Cleans up (optionally) behind itself so your directory
   isn't junked up with extraneous files: you start with
   just a gabc file, and you end with a gabc file and a pdf
   - that's it!
 * Uses specialized, re-usable templates.  A single
   template can be used with all your gabc files.
 * Will optionally take your main-lualatex.tex file and
   plug in the correct gabc file for you.
 * Re-usable tokens let you use custom values when and
   where you want them. You can mix and match templates
   and tokens.
 * Accepts gabc file with spaces in the name.
 * Will produce pdf files from gabc files even if the pdf
   is open (locked/in-use) in your pdf editor.
 * Complete online AND offline documentation.
 * Completely configurable.
 * Completely free.

Disclaimer: I don't have any beta testers, but I use this application myself. If you find a bug (and you just might!), please let me know so I can fix it.

So, if you are a Windows user, you ought to try this out. Even if you are accustomed to the commandline, I would say you are missing out if you don't try it.
