Based on the screenshot, it looks like lualatex has failed with an error
indicating missing GregorioTeX macros. The most likely reasons are:
1. You didn't install Gregorio correctly, or
2. You've installed Gregorio multiple times (perhaps different versions}
without deleting all the files leftover from the old install, or
3. TeXWorks is not set up correctly to access Gregorio.
Which method did you use to install Gregorio?
