Thanks for the advice. I don't have the most recent version of Gregorio
installed on my computer (Mac OS X) however, but rely on the output generated
by http://illuminarepublications.com/gregorio/ (which uses the most recent
Gregorio version).
I tried to install the fonts present at
http://svn.gna.org/viewcvs/gregorio/trunk/fonts/, but there are still some
elements missing, like quarter and half bars and some neumes.
Which fonts are used by Gregorio to put together an engraving?

Maybe you should install the Gregorio fonts in your system directly
then... If you're under windows, it mainly consists in copy/pasting the
file greciliae.ttf (which should be present in the gregorio.tds.zip file
in the C:\Program Files\Gregorio) into C:\Windows\Fonts
