As a quick exercise, I've added 20 new characters to the SGModern font,
uploaded to http://people.redhat.com/jakub/gregall/ (the easy ones where
I didn't have to draw any new shapes, just combined existing shapes
together).  Hope the new glyphs are consistent that way with the rest of the
font.
E.g. the salicus shapes with wave form oriscus instead of simple
curve will need drawing the wave form oriscus, similarly for all the
letters.

And for the gregall font, I've uploaded new version with the license change
and updated the pdf document to fix a little bit the first table and add
another table that tries to match the exact layout of Cardine's table to
make it clear what is present and what is missing.
