The best would be to add a fifth case to Gregorio (the case of a "d") and make all the values tunable in gsp-default. I'm currently in quite a hurry for project needing to be finished this week-end, but it's not that long to do... By the way, I forgot to tell you that these values won't be automatically set if you don't use end of lines... But maybe it's just what you want: would you keep the same space for a whole piece or would you change it line by line? I'm not sure there's a perfect answer to this... Anyway, it is something that can be worked-around with lua, but it would take more time...
