In gabc, you can introduce TeX or LaTeX code into the
text between the tags <v> and </v>.
I suggest to pile all the syllabes that have to go under
a specific note with the LaTeX command \parbox,
separating the lines to be piled up with the \\ operator.
This makes it possible to do everything in gabc, solving
the issue to line up the text and the notes.
