The best thing to do is to find all places on your computer where
there's a directory named gregoriotex which have *.tex files inside them
(besides the directory where you have the source code) and delete all of
them.  Then re-install.  The older version of Gregorio put files in a
different place and there was never any scripted way to clean things up.
