Is there a way to increase the indentation of the first staff while also left
justifying the initial text? I'm trying to recreate this example from the
Graduale Simplex for a project. I'm currently using Gregorio 2.3 through
Scribus on Windows, and I have very little Tex experience.
Also, the <sc></sc> command doesn't seem to work.
