Did you use gregorio-3.0.0-rc2-setup.exe to install gregorio? Go to this page to get more information about the command prompt:
http://windows.microsoft.com/it-it/windows/command-prompt-faq#1TC=windows-8 Select your version of windows on the right, and then click on the question "Come si accede al prompt dei comandi?" Follow the answer to that question to open a command prompt. Please reply to all so that your message goes to the list. Perhaps someone there can help you faster or better than I can.
