Thanks for the information on the output, it actually allows me to skip
forward a step.

From the looks of it the problem is in the last step: the building of
the indexes. Please open a command line window and run the following:

mktexlsr

And then let me know what the output is.

To make things easier than a screen capture, here are three ways of
copying the output into an email:

1) Append " | clip" to the command, i.e., run

mktexlsr | clip

This will put the output of the command in the clipboard, allowing you
to paste it into an email.

2) Once the command is run, right click on the title bar of the command
line window and pick "Select All" from the pop-up menu. Then right
click again and pick "Copy". This will place the entire contents of the
window in the clipboard, allowing you to paste it into an email.

3) Append ">>filename.txt" to the command, i.e., run:

mktexlsr>>filename.txt

This will create a file on your computer, "filename.txt" with the output
of the command. If the file already exists, it will add the information
to it (making this method great for multiple command operations) so make
sure you pick a filename that doesn't already exist. You can then
attach said file to your email, or open it up and copy and paste the
contents.

Pick whichever method you're most comfortable with to send the output
info of the command in your response.
