First off, LaTeX really doesn't like spaces or periods in file names.
You should change the name of the file to something like: Pueri_p_2.gabc.
Second, you're still including PopulusSion in the main-lualatex.tex
file. You need to change the following line in that file:
\includescore[a]{PopulusSion}
to:
\includescore[a]{Pueri_p_2}
(or whatever name you decide to give the file).
