Did you download the 1.14 MB gregorio-3.0.3.tar.gz (the one under gregorio-3.0.3-setup.exe) or the thing listed as "Source code (tar.gz)"?
Assuming you downloaded the prior, which is the correct one to download, it appears that you didn't run "./build.sh" before running "sudo ./install.sh". The install instructions (for Linux+GNU) are at http://gregorio-project.github.io/installation-linux.html If you did run "./build.sh" beforehand, please provide the output of that command.
