I'm glad you got it working, but I'd like to debug the installation
instructions if you're willing to help. Can you answer the following
questions so that I can try to replicate the problem you had? (Note,
some may be repetitive of information you've already provided or of
what's on the website so that I can get all the information in one place.)
What version of OS X are you using?
What version of TeXLive are you using? Were any previous versions of
TeXLive installed on the machine?
Did you use the MacTeX installer or the TeXLive install script?
What version of MacPorts are you using?
What ports did you install?
Were any previous versions of Gregorio installed on the machine?
Which file did you download from the Gregorio release page?
What were the specific commands you issued at the command prompt to
build and install Gregorio?
