I would suggest that, as you use Gregorio and find deficiencies in the documentation, you make direct suggestions what exactly we can improve (i.e., re-arrange pages somehow, cross-reference pages somehow, add missing documentation somewhere). If you are comfortable with version control and git, you can fork the documentation repository (at https://github.com/gregorio-project/gregorio-project.github.io), make changes, and submit pull requests, which others can review. Even if you are not comfortable with git, you might consider getting an account on github (if you don't have one already) and opening issues against this repository with your suggestions. Barring that, please make your suggestions here. The developers do read the mailing lists.
