The space (//) after the forced custos (e+) is causing TeX to break the
line at that point.  Because of how line endings work in Gregorio, this
is causing the double-clef on the following line.  This is probably a
bug, so I entered it into the issue tracker at

    https://github.com/gregorio-project/gregorio/issues/641
