Dear Jakub and Br. Innocent I don't know if the other users of Gregorio share my opinion, but I personally came to Gregorio because the output of Lilypond with gregorian scores was buggy and hard to fine tune. Lilypond is great for a lot of applications, but it was not for Gregorian scores. If this aspect of Lilypond didn't improve, I don't believe there will be a great interest for doing everything with Lilypond, but this is only a personal opinion.
