Dear All, I was disappointed using abc package in latex so I can not share any reasonable solution. I did it only once.
First produce a latex file with notes in ABC notation. Compile it by pdflatex with —shell-escape option. Then find proper pdf or dvi file with notes. Include it by or pdfpages or includegraphics command from graphicx package. Because I was not able to run package abc with lualatex I produced notes in Finale and inserted them (after cropping with pdfcrop). I was not able to determine fonts for text in notes in ABC notation - it was frustrating. Good luck.
