I apologize for not responding sooner, but somehow your message got into my spam folder. Looking at the log, it seems as if the wrong command is being used to compile your main tex file. It seems as if luatex rather than lualatex is running. Please double check your configurations. If you can't find the problem, please run the system-setup.command script that's in the contrib folder and attach the results.
