The gregall font size is by default:
\xdef\gre@nabcfontsize{8}
so I think adding
\xdef\gre@nabcfontsize{10}
somewhere after including the package and before the first score, or
\gresetnabcfont{gregall}{10}
could DTRT, untested though.
