Instead of overriding the bold tags (which, I must say is an ingenious
solution), you could also make use of the verbatim tags to directly
insert the font changing code in your lyrics.
I.e. `<v>\sffamily</v>` to switch to sans serif font, `<v>\rmfamily</v>`
to switch to roman font.
If using this, it's probably a good idea to issue `\normalfont`
immediately after including a score just to be sure that everything is
back to normal.
