No, I'm afraid it's a bug, now fixed in CVS. (It was fallout from my extension of the "restrict" command to apply to named systems of equations, sorry). I have now accumulated several bug fixes since gretl 1.3.1, and I'll make a new release soon. Allin Cottrell
