We haven't kept installers for old versions of x-12-arima. But what's wrong with the x12a.exe from census.gov? You should be able to (a) install the current x12a for gretl, (b) move the new exe file out of the way, (c) replace it with the older exe file from census.gov, then (d) put the new one back once you're done experimenting.
