Hi, I can't test this right now, but you can activate in Gretl preferences to use System commands, and then use the ! operator to issue those comands (I THINK).
For example: !mkdir c:\temp2\ or !mkdir ~/temp2 Please try to check this. I am writing by memory to try to save you some time.
