In particular the GUI dialog box has the options "Detect and correct for 
otliers" and "Automatic"(Log transformation) and deseas is applied 
without detecting outliers on the original (without taking logs) series. 
If you disable these two options in the GUI dialog box you will obtain 
the same results as with deseas.
