The Labels and Arrows tabs in the plot editor are available only if
we've managed to get the information we need to map from pixel
positions on screen to x,y coordinates on the plot itself. That's
because labels and arrows are positioned using the mouse. If we're not
getting that information in the Galician case it seems likely that's
due to a mix-up, somewhere along the line, over the decimal separator
('.' versus ',').
In the first instance I'd recommend trying a current gretl snapshot,
since there have been some possibly relevant changes since the 2023a
release. But if that doesn't work for you I can suggest some
troubleshooting ideas.
