As things stand, that's not possible without editing the gnuplot script (something you can do via the gretl GUI), or using gretl's GUI plot editor. However, it probably should be enabled; we'll take a look at that. We already allow comma-separated terms following some gnuplot options, as in "--with-impulses=LRM,LRY", if an option is to be applied to more than one series. Being able to give a named list, as in your example, would also be nice. If you wish, you could file a feature request so this doesn't get forgotten!
