I wanted to try griffith, but couldn't get it to work.
Just installed from ubuntu repository, and tried to add "star trek" to my
collection, both as original title and title... no english plugin could
download the film info either resulting in "no result", sometimes in
"cannot connect".
attached is my griffith --debug trace.
I won't be trying your software again any time soon, but though you may
want to know, as it may discourage other new users.
